Every TUFFSKID® system is custom-built to match the specific requirements of your application.
Can you provide CAD drawings or 3D models before approval?
Yes. We supply both 2D and 3D drawings during the approval process to ensure your system design meets expectations
Is training or commissioning support available?
Absolutely. We offer startup assistance and operator training to help you get up and running with confidence. However, our systems are built to be plug-n-play and usually do not require start-up assistance or training.
Is documentation included with startup instructions?
Yes. Each system includes startup documentation. O&M manuals are available upon request—please let us know when placing your order.
What chemicals can your systems handle? Are there compatibility concerns?
TUFFSKID® systems are engineered to handle some of the most aggressive chemicals used in industrial and municipal water treatment. Our materials and designs ensure broad chemical compatibility.
Is the design compliant with NSF/ANSI 61 or other regional water safety standards?
Yes. We carefully source components that meet NSF/ANSI 61 and applicable regional water safety standards when possible. If you have preferred manufacturers or certified products you’d like included, we’re happy to accommodate your specifications during procurement.
